We have our ingredients listed on each product for your piece of mind, this allows each customer to make their own informed choice. All the ingredients we use are absolutely body safe, and we’re meticulous about our formulas/proportion of ingredients to ensure they don’t cause irritation or issues.🌈

OLD DO NOT USE

We use a mixture of natural and synthetic ingredients because that allows us to have really good consistency between batches, in terms of both quality and efficacy. 

Natural and organic ingredients can change pretty significantly from season to season - eg, our batches of cocoa butter can vary slightly if there’s been more or less rainfall, quality of soil, our honey can vary a bit based on what flowers the bees are visiting that time of year, etc (note: we don’t use certified organic, but this is still a thing) - so we mix ours with body safe synthetics to make sure people still get the same experience, order after order.

Sustainability wise: we pay our staff a living wage, and are invested in making sure our supply chains are socially sustainable (slavery free). We currently use plastic PET packaging, but are researching other options and have made some changes to our packaging lately to lessen our environmental impact (our cardboard boxes, tissue paper and packing peanuts are all home compostable - the peanuts are made from corn!).

But again: we totally understand that’s not for everyone! Our products are definitely safe for people of all ages - but we are always fully transparent about the fact that synthetic ingredients are used, also firmly believe that everyone should make choices that fit them, their family, their lifestyle, their beliefs. We’re not ever going to try and get a sale when the person clearly wants or needs something different.
